Reading the site

No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are installed. Fonts and images are served from this website. The hosting server may record basic request information, including IP addresses, timestamps, and visited paths, for security and operations.

Contact and consultations

Email links open your own email application. If you book a consultation, the site stores your name, email, appointment details, any notes you provide, the terms you accepted, payment references, and scheduling status so Adrian can arrange and provide the session. Please do not include sensitive personal information or manuscripts in the booking notes.

Payments and calendar invitations

Stripe handles card details on its own secure checkout; this website does not store your card number. In site-calendar mode, the website hosts appointments and a private read-only calendar subscription for Adrian. Confirmed customers can download a calendar file for their own session. The owner subscription includes session titles, client names, meeting links and busy blocks, but not client email, intake notes or payment details. Anyone with that private subscription URL can read it, so it must not be shared publicly. The calendar services Adrian subscribes with receive that feed. If the optional Google integration is enabled instead, Google Calendar receives your name, email, and appointment information to create an invitation and Google Meet link. Their services are governed by their own privacy policies: Stripe and Google. Other outgoing links, including Substack and Driftless, take you to independently operated websites.

Storage and access

Booking records are held on the hosting server and accessible to Adrian and authorized technical operators. They are retained as needed for delivering consultations, resolving issues, and financial recordkeeping. There is no automatic deletion schedule configured; contact Adrian to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Financial records may need to be retained even when other information is deleted.

Your browser

The private booking page remembers your referral code in browser session storage so you do not have to re-enter it for each step. It is not an advertising cookie. Close the tab or clear that site’s browser storage to remove it. Do not use shared devices for private bookings.

Consultation terms

Before payment, the booking page displays the approved price, session length, and cancellation terms. An individual consultation is separate from literary representation and does not promise publication or placement. For changes, cancellations, or payment questions, contact Adrian directly. A paid appointment requiring technical attention is not silently rebooked.
